The vaccine division of the German branch of a global pharmaceutical company requested a systematic overview of reimbursable vaccines in Germany. The aim was to use this overview to present the current reimbursement situation of vaccines in Germany to Global and to derive recommendations for market access as well as estimates of the potential sales volume of the client’s own vaccine candidates.
Our solution
We systematically researched and analyzed all available relevant information on vaccines for our client: Regulatory approval, market entry, decisions on reimbursement, etc. We then compiled this information in Excel.
