We organised an advisory board meeting with clinical experts and payers. We developed the dramaturgy and an agenda, created slide decks for the speakers, and carried out the moderation and recording of the advisory board meeting.
The advisory board meeting gave our client valuable insights into the supply landscape, reimbursement situation, and positioning of the product in a difficult market environment. At the same time, important opinion leaders were won as multipliers, and a positive climate of opinion was created.
